Experience summary

As a part of Microsoft Digital Studio in C+AI, I help drive the digital transformation mission within Microsoft. Currently I’m supporting Microsoft’s Customer Support group. I’m working to defragment Microsoft’s customer support journey map and tooling experiences.

Previously I supported the Microsoft Sales Experience team where I delivered intelligent (AI/ML) experiences for the internal sales team. I leveraged user centered design research to understand key user pain points and partnered with business and technical leaders to develop requirements. I summarized these insights and developed designs that use intelligence to simplify our sales team’s workflows. Key features that I’ve landed include task prioritization, new business suggestions, and intelligent lead insights.
