The Iowa State University Graduate College transitioned form a paper process to an online experience for their student and faculty forms. Part of the paper form process is collecting physical signatures for approvals. My role in this project was to create a web based application that allowed authorized users to add appoint proxy users to provide a digital signature for approvals. This system also allowed authorized users to appoint users to receive email notifications once a form was approved. I developed the front and back end, including vertical database table structures, php and mysql queries and the user interface.
